步骤1 
Please complete the appropriate Information Request Form.

If you have already completed the Information Request Form you DO NOT need to complete the form again. Please proceed to 步骤2 as you are already in our system. 


步骤2 
Obtain your login information. Please click here to retrieve your username and password. 

Click "Forgot login or First time logging in?" link below the "login" button.

Enter the primary email address. 

Check the “Username” and “Password” boxes. Username is typically the first name and last name with no spaces (For example: JanePanda). 

You will receive two follow up emails: 

1. Email Subject: Username Request 
   This email will provide you with your username. 
     
2. Email Subject: Password Reset URL 
   This email will provide instructions on setting a password. 

步骤3 
Complete and submit your application. Please note: 2024-2025 Ninth-grade application forms will be available on August 15, 2023.

登录 using the username that was emailed to you and the password you set. 

Click on your daughter’s name on the top left corner and view the “Checklist” under “新葡京官网 Progress”. Click on the “Fill Out” button to start the online application.
